Return Policy

At Sharhuk we work tirelessly to live up to our reputation for producing rugged, dependable fishing gear and accessories. We want you to be as thrilled with your Sharhuk products as we are in bringing them to you. If you're not satisfied with your sharhuk.com website purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 7 days of your order (shipping not included), so long as your items are unused, are returned in their original packaging, and meet any additional criteria outlined below.

Is Your Item Eligible for a Return?

To be eligible for a free return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Products must be related to a sharhuk.com website order.
  • Returned merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Sharhuk does not offer returns on Sharhuk products purchased outside of sharhuk.com. For products purchased from an authorized Sharhuk dealer or reseller, their return policy applies, and you should contact them directly for more information.

You will be notified by email when we have received your return. Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. Sharhuk does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products.

Any shipping costs or handling fees from the original sharhuk.com website order are non-refundable.

Sharhuk does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Shipping Your Return

Please follow these guidelines to avoid issues with your return:
  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any labeling referencing old shipping information and tracking numbers is completely removed or covered.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. You will be provided with a packing slip to include with your return. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product as this may disqualify you from receiving your refund.
  • Securely attach your return label to the package. 
  • We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking information for your records.

Please include original order information inside the box. Do NOT write directly on the product. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
